About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on driving predictable and accelerated revenue growth across hospitality and light industrial client portfolios. This role emphasizes team performance, execution rigor, and long-term account expansion rather than individual deal ownership. You will coach and enable your team, provide strategic guidance, and act as a senior commercial stakeholder in executive-level client conversations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize pipeline, adoption, and client outcomes. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, platform adoption, and account expansion. Success in this role will be measured by team results, growth efficiency, and the depth of client relationships across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue-focused roles.
  • 2+ years managing Inside Sales, Account Executives, or Growth teams with a proven ability to coach and develop sellers.
  • Experience supporting senior or corporate-level client conversations and multi-location accounts.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and/or light industrial workforce models.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Inside Sales and Growth Account Executives, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and growth planning sessions to ensure execution rigor.
  • Guide teams on discovery quality, deal execution, expansion strategy, and platform adoption.
  • Own team-level performance across hospitality and light industrial client portfolios, ensuring deep understanding of industry-specific workforce challenges.
  • Support senior client and corporate-level conversations, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for high-impact accounts.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline while executing strategic account growth plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing to drive seamless onboarding, fulfillment, and adoption.
