Warm leads are provided—no cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into a financial advisor role.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales, client services, or business development experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Financial industry experience a plus
  • Relevant certifications/licenses a plus (SIE, 2-15, 2-14)
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
  • Understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
  • Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
  • Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Continue developing financial and sales expertise
