As a Sales Greeter, you’ll welcome customers, guide them to the right team members, and ensure every visitor feels valued. Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall is looking for friendly, professional individuals who are dependable, approachable, and excited to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the lot or in the showroom
- Engage customers in a friendly manner and determine the purpose of their visit
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales associate or department
- Maintain awareness of showroom and lot activity to ensure smooth customer flow
- Provide basic dealership information and answer general questions
- Keep reception and showroom areas clean, organized and welcoming
- Assist with light administrative or customer support tasks as needed
- Help create a positive and lasting first impression for every customer
