This is not a cold-calling sales role. It is a role that sits at the intersection of systems, sales support, and relationship-centered communication. You’ll be the first line of coordination when a new lead enters our ecosystem—whether through a form, funnel opt-in, webinar, survey, or direct inquiry. Your responsibility is to ensure every lead is: • Routed correctly • Followed up thoughtfully • Tracked accurately • Supported with the right message at the right time This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves CRM systems, and understands that real sales success depends on human connection—not just automation. This role carries a clear human expectation, not just a technical one. You are expected to: • Treat every lead as a real person with unique goals, challenges, and motivations—not just a CRM record. • Craft thoughtful, context-aware written correspondence (emails, follow-ups, responses) that reflects our brand voice and builds trust. • Adapt tone, message, and timing based on lead behavior, stated needs, objections, and engagement signals. • Communicate directly with leads when appropriate to clarify needs, answer questions, or guide next steps—supporting sales conversations rather than disappearing behind automation. • Ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right moment, balancing high-touch communication with scalable systems. This role succeeds when automation supports relationships—not replaces them.
