About The Position

The Product Adoption Manager, Lower Funnel, will lead a high-performing team focused on accelerating the adoption and utilization of priority products and features for key advertisers. This role combines leadership, strategy, and operational execution to drive product acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will coach and develop a team of Product Adoption Strategists, partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, and influence key decision-making at the account and executive levels. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong people management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. The position offers the opportunity to shape product adoption strategy across major sales segments and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, or product growth.
  • 10+ years of experience in media sales or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and strategic hiring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for digital platforms and understanding of advertiser needs and product adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, and develop a team of Product Adoption Strategists to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to define vertical- and account-level adoption strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Empower your team to meet and exceed product adoption, retention, and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with external clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to accelerate outcomes.
  • Develop processes and frameworks to standardize adoption strategies and scale best practices across accounts.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance and professional development.
