About The Position

The Product Adoption Manager, Lower Funnel, leads and scales a team dedicated to driving adoption and growth of key product solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. This role blends people leadership with strategic thinking, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to deliver measurable revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of Product Adoption Strategists, while designing account-level strategies and identifying opportunities to optimize product adoption. Success in this role requires executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence both internal teams and external clients. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position offers visibility into strategic initiatives that shape the customer experience and directly impact revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, or product growth
  • 10+ years of experience in media sales or related fields
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, development, and strategic talent acquisition
  • Experience leading teams in dynamic, fast-growing organizations and managing cross-vertical challenges
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Executive presence and ability to lead discussions with senior leadership
  • Passion for digital platforms, advertising, and understanding of audience dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Attract, train, and develop a team of Product Adoption Strategists to drive adoption, retention, and upsell initiatives
  • Collaborate with your team to develop vertical and account-level product strategies that achieve revenue and adoption goals
  • Empower and inspire the team to exceed established adoption and revenue targets through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Partner with Sales and Product leaders to identify market opportunities, refine target account lists, and provide strategic insights for roadmap decisions
  • Track progress against goals, analyze performance data, and implement steps to accelerate outcomes
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption success
  • Act as a bridge across cross-functional teams including Product, PMM, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and Marketing Science
