Come make an impact every day at Zebra. The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of projects within the sales portfolio. The role will require individuals to translate business problems into detailed Business Requirements, User Experience, and Interface Design and lead the project implementations by supporting the creation of the Functional Requirements, User Test Scripts, CRP Plans, Data Migration Plans, Training and Tools Support. This role is responsible for developing and supporting global plans, design and implementation of a range of sales tools including cloud based solutions like Salesforce (SFDC). May perform as a sales business lead on proposed configuration, training, and maintenance, for global CRM, PRM platforms sales playbooks, and other cloud based tools. This role will represent and define the sales business needs and transforming them into process and tools to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. The role will also work closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations to design, implement, and ultimately support sales enablement tools globally. Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
  • Proficiency in understanding and utilizing key systems and interfaces, including Salesforce.com, Power-BI, Gemini, and ERP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Interact, align, and support sales leadership up through VP level; act as trusted business advisor, track and report MBO metrics
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by embedding in the operating rhythm, providing data-driven guidance, and driving continuous process improvement.
  • drive discipline and accuracy in pipeline management and forecasting to ensure clear visibility into business health and opportunities.
  • Lead the successful adoption of key sales initiatives and new technologies to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to support sales initiatives and sales leadership directives
  • Collaborates with the Sales Governance around Salesforce.com, CRM/PRM, and cloud based tools and provide business solutions that will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of sales
  • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com platform and AI tools to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Helps to provide direction and support in the areas of user support/training, change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering and reporting, user management, customization of fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports and dashboards, report and dashboard development, and data management
  • Evaluates the implementation of projects from Concept to Post Go Live Support
  • Seeks out resources to support projects as well as gather and align requirements to drive a successful outcome.
  • Proficient in handling technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and related procedures and assist in the development of technologies to create solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
  • Provide input to technical requirements for sales tools and solutions including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third party applications, and AppExchange products needs for the business
  • Provide Voice of Sales to other Programs
  • Guide regional administration of cloud based solutions like SFDC to meet overall objectives of implementation and provide industry recommendations and guidance
  • Identify Productivity gaps within the sales tools and socialize
  • Develops the Lead to Closure Business Processes by supporting implementation and integration with regional super users and administration to ensure correct implementation and adoption based on overall coverage and partner program design
  • Define, communicate, and maintain a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
  • Support the creation of business cases for new requests and be responsible for implementing best practices, identifying development initiatives, and standardizing the adoption of all sales enablement tools across sales
  • Provide technical leadership to team members on user experience and design, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
