About The Position
This position is being filled to support and strengthen Pete’s Deli’s daily operations by ensuring adequate staffing levels during all operating hours. The additional team member will help maintain efficient customer service, timely food preparation, and accurate order fulfillment, especially during peak business periods. Increased support is necessary to reduce wait times, manage customer volume effectively, and maintain the high standards of quality and consistency expected by customers. Hiring for this role will also assist current staff by evenly distributing workload responsibilities, which helps prevent employee burnout and supports a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The position will contribute to maintaining food safety compliance, proper sanitation practices, inventory stocking, and overall operational flow. Bringing on an additional employee ensures Pete’s Deli can continue providing reliable service, meet customer demand, and sustain smooth daily operations while supporting long-term business efficiency.
