About The Position

Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is an upscale shopping environment at a thrift price point, serving women of all backgrounds with dignity and hope. This part-time position involves welcoming customers, providing excellent service, managing inventory, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role also includes handling checkout processes and promoting the "Partner of the Month" initiative.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer who walks through the door, shares our mission, and explains current sales or in-store events.
• Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact - assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Help manage inventory, including receiving donations, stocking, and merchandising.
• Organize and stock merchandise, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and volunteers.
• Maintain a quick and efficient checkout process and share about the Partner of the Month at every transaction.
