You will play a big part in keeping our store running smoothly, making our sales floor look amazing, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe for our customers and team members. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of retail customer service experience.
• Solid knowledge of retail, merchandising, and product displays.
• A natural ability to connect with people and deliver a great shopping experience.
• The ability to keep track of tasks, inventory, and routines without missing a beat.
• Great verbal and written skills for talking with customers, peers, and managers.
• Understanding of basic food safety guidelines to keep our environment clean and compliant.
• Stand and navigate the sales floor for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy cases of stock out to the retail floor.
• Have open availability to work flexible shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Help welcome and train new team members.
• Offer friendly tips and coaching to help everyone succeed.
• Help out with shift schedules and make sure daily tasks are assigned.
• Take regular inventory counts to keep stock accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and beautifully organized sales floor that matches our high standards.
• Greet shoppers, help them find exactly what they need, and share your product knowledge to drive sales.
• Help set up fun product displays and work on promotional strategies to highlight our best items.
