About The Position

The Sales Floor Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Associates may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings customer purchases/returns, and promotes credit and loyalty programs. The associate maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy, accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor, and participates in store recovery. They maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store, provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, and adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. The role also supports store shrink reduction goals and programs and participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment. Other duties may be assigned.
