About The Position
This role is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise inquiries, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will adhere to Goodwill's Guiding Principles and achieve production goals. Key duties include stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and dressing rooms, and following safety and security procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Ability to assist customers with merchandise inquiries and promote sales.
- Ability to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.
- Ability to achieve and exceed MGI production goals of (14) racks or carts per day.
- Ability to place apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto sales floor in correct location.
- Ability to rotate merchandise from sales floor as needed.
- Ability to maintain sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat and properly displayed manner.
- Ability to maintain dressing rooms free of dust, dirt, fallen merchandise, and clutter.
- Ability to remove hangers from cash wrap.
- Adherence to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow good safety practices including reporting safety hazards.
- Ability to report all incidents of theft (both internal and external) to a management team member or Loss Prevention Manager.
