Job Title Sales Finance Manager What does a successful Finance Manager do at Fiserv? As a Finance Manager supporting Enterprise Sales and Client Relationships at Fiserv, you own and lead sales planning & reporting, governance, and consolidation of enterprise sales reporting to inform senior leadership and key internal stakeholders. You act as a primary partner to Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance, and Sales setting direction for planning processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring data consistency across systems. Your work delivers executive‑level insights that influence decision‑making and support sustainable, profitable revenue growth. What you'll do: Own and lead the consolidation and analysis of enterprise sales results to support the financial planning and review cycles. Drive delivery of actionable insights through dashboards, standardized reporting, and ad‑hoc analyses; translate sales plans, forecasts, and KPIs into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Accountable for validation of enterprise sales results, ensuring alignment and synchronization of sales and revenue data across multiple systems; proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data inconsistencies. Coordinate planning activities with Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, and Sales Leadership to align assumptions and deliver a cohesive forecast and plan. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of sales financial data and reporting; oversee compliance with sales policy guidelines and serve as a finance lead for audits, controls, and governance inquiries. Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing processes, reporting, and tooling enhancements to improve the quality, timeliness, and usability of management information. Lead and prioritize ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects that enable revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and drive operational efficiencies.
