About The Position

Join Renewal by Andersen as an Events and Canvassing Marketing Specialist. You'll represent our company in the community, working local events and assigned neighborhoods to start conversations and set appointments for our Sales Team. This is an active role where you will meet new people and earn more based on your performance. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet, talking to people, walking neighborhoods, and working events. You must be comfortable walking 5–10 miles per day, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in seasonal weather conditions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a bonus-based or commission-based position
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Weekend availability
• Ability to travel throughout the Hilton Head area
• Comfortable walking 5–10 miles per day
• Comfortable working in seasonal weather conditions
• Comfortable standing and working events for 4–6 hours
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, and computer
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Work festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, community events, and retail locations
• Create interest and set appointments for our Sales Team
• Set up and break down events
• Track activity using company technology
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally and handle customer objections
