About The Position

The Sales Experience Agent Tier 1 provides foundational operational support within the Sales Experience department. This role focuses on accurate account processing, scheduling coordination, and case management to ensure operational accuracy and a positive customer experience. Tier 1 agents develop core system knowledge and operational skills that serve as the foundation for advancement within the Sales Experience team.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and use computer and communication systems throughout the workday.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Account Processing, including: verifying account accuracy (address, email, and required customer information), confirming two customer contact phone numbers, processing credit checks, ensuring change order accuracy when applicable, charging activations when required, scheduling installation appointments, and supporting API order processing as needed.
  • Manage and resolve No Show Cases, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all orders and accounts meet department accuracy standards.
  • Support operational efficiency by maintaining clean and accurate account records.
