About The Position

Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world class destinations. This position allows you to meet with our guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today with Hilton Grand Vacations. This role involves working with pre-qualified buyers who attend appointment-only presentations, applying selling concepts promoted at HGV, and promoting a positive, collaborative environment while maintaining core values and policies. The role also includes carrying out other reasonable requests by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida
  • Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industries

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
  • Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence).
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.
  • Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Attend one of HGV’s sales training sessions every week.
  • Perform all other reasonable requests by management.
