About The Position

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving Hub Labels’ growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new ideal customers. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, converting high-value prospects, and supporting onboarded strategic accounts by uncovering and developing additional growth opportunities. This position is a base salary $50,000- $60,000 plus monthly commission! Requirements

  • Highly skilled in the ability to ask questions in selling situations and follow a sales process.
  • Must have the ability to write effective communications such as letters, memos, e-mails, and reports
  • Use of standard computer software, Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
  • Should be centrally located near Hagerstown with the ability to make customer visits and occasional overnight travel
  • Effective communication skills with internal customers and other departments is critical
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and display strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet job related deadlines
  • Be able to consistently produce at a high level with little supervision
  • As needed, occasional overnight travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication or combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in the printing industry is desired

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through research, social media outreach, cold outreach, trade shows, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Hub’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Lead discovery and sales conversations with top decision makers and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and prospecting plans to achieve new-business targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, trends, and customer drivers to position Hub Labels competitively when targeting new accounts.
  • Use Hub’s CRM to track outreach, pipeline progress, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Provide executive management with prospecting strategies, pipeline reports, and monthly progress updates.
  • Support existing strategic accounts by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, while collaborating closely with Customer Service, which manages day-to-day account activity.
  • Participate in all HOP programs and events.
  • Adhere to Hub Labels safety rules and regulations, including wearing required PPE such as steel-toed shoes when applicable.
  • Perform any other duties that support the mission and values of Hub Labels.
