About The Position

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for identifying and seizing business opportunities? We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving WITHIN’s growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing net-new business opportunities with leading and enterprise brands.

Requirements

  • World-class presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with C-suite and senior marketing leaders at mid-market and enterprise brands (including Fortune 1000)
  • Experience with complex pricing and scopes for large, multi-channel engagements
  • Demonstrated experience managing and closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Strong understanding of major digital marketing platforms and how to deploy them to achieve brand and business goals
  • Experience selling full-funnel media strategies across multiple service offerings
  • Expertise in online measurement, analytics, and performance-driven growth
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Sales Executive / New Business / Client Development experience, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or marketing technology environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through deep research and understanding of prospective clients, their industries, and competitive landscapes
  • Leverage AI tools and modern research methodologies to inform prospecting, pitch development, and strategic recommendations
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with prospects to create and close enterprise-scale sales opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification through pricing, scoping, and close
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams (strategy, media, analytics, creative) in response to RFPs and proactive pitches
  • Sell full-funnel media and growth solutions across a variety of service offerings, including brand, performance, commerce, and measurement
  • Manage and grow opportunities with target list clients by identifying new use cases and expansion potential
  • Partner closely with internal sales leadership on deal strategy, pricing frameworks, and commercial structuring
  • Maintain strong client and prospect relationships by providing strategic guidance, insights, and forward-looking recommendations
  • Represent WITHIN at industry events and demonstrate thought leadership across marketing, advertising technology, and e-commerce
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to inform solution development and positioning
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Maintain quality and consistency by establishing and adhering to organizational standards and best practices
