We're seeking a driven Sales Executive to help grow Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) business. In this role, you'll build strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position Capgemini’s wider capabilities to help clients solve complex business and technology challenges.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of business development, sales, client partner, or account management experience.
  • Proven success developing new business and growing strategic client relationships.
  • Experience selling Manufacturing, Supply chain, RGM, TPM, AI led solutions to CPR clients.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing opportunities through Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across CPR.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive and business stakeholders.
  • Understand client priorities and align Capgemini solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with solution, delivery, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals and client solutions.
  • Achieve revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
