Sales Executive - Commercial Real Estate Agent

As an agent, you represent buyers and sellers of investment properties, guide deals from the first call to closing, and build a book of business that is your own. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of building relationships
- Motivated, driven, and ready to build something of your own
- Coachable and open to training in a new industry
- A strong communicator who can open doors and earn trust
- Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required for the initial interview)
Responsibilities
- Developing new business through outreach, cold calls, and relationship building
- Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
- Attending networking and industry events
- Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
- Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings
