About The Position

Aspire Home Healthcare was founded 26 years ago with one mission – to put our patients first. We provide compassionate, around-the-clock care that allows our patients to live independently with dignity and comfort. This role involves promoting Aspire’s home health services to physicians, hospitals, and the community, collaborating with directors on market strategies and goals, creating and presenting monthly action plans, representing the company at professional and community events, maintaining a professional image and strong communication skills, staying current on home healthcare rules and trends, and resolving referral source concerns quickly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of home health or patient navigation experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation and car registration
  • Ability to attend a 2-day in-office orientation
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Promote Aspire’s home health services to physicians, hospitals, and the community
  • Collaborate with directors on market strategies and goals
  • Create and present monthly action plans
  • Represent the company at professional and community events
  • Maintain a professional image and strong communication skills
  • Stay current on home healthcare rules and trends
  • Resolve referral source concerns quickly and professionally
