About your role: You will join the Renewals team as a Sales Executive focused on retaining and rebuilding relationships with clients who are not fully satisfied with their experience. In this role, you will lead complex renewal negotiations across multiple products and internal teams, bringing a client-advocate mindset to deliver long-term retention outcomes. The role requires a strategic mindset to build strong relationships, develop selling strategies, and close deals efficiently.
