The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning InterDev's offerings as the solution of choice. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills including telephony, written and verbal communications, active listening, exemplary customer care.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess and demonstrate integrity, initiative, organization, and thoroughness on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency with general office applications such as MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work indiscriminately with various individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B technology, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, telecommunications, or professional services sales experience.
  • Proven experience in IT Sales, with a focus on IT Services.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) solutions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Meet/Exceed activity targets and quotas for profitable sales and product growth.
  • Attend/Travel to networking events and industry-related conferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
  • Perform strategic business reviews with existing clients to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of InterDev’s full offering including MSP, MSSP, Telecom, and GIS services.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the solutions architecture to develop compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client facing documentation and data.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets within defined timelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Perform other duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Operating Officer.
