About The Position

We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for a structured and relationship-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B and consultative sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, qualifying leads, and driving sales conversations from initial contact through proposal and follow-up. You will work closely with technical specialists and leadership to understand customer needs and position relevant cyber security and IT security services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative B2B selling, managing longer sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with professional buyers and decision-makers. For the right person, the role offers long-term growth opportunities into a more senior commercial position with increased ownership and responsibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, business development, or account management
  • Comfortable communicating with decision-makers and professional buyers
  • Experience managing longer and more complex sales processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Structured and organized approach to pipeline management and follow-up
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Curiosity and interest in cyber security, compliance, technology, or IT services
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cyber security, IT services, SaaS, consulting, telecom, or related industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling technical or service-based solutions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Prospect and engage potential B2B customers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Prepare and conduct customer meetings and sales presentations

  • Coordinate with technical specialists to support proposals and follow-ups
