About The Position

Jarvis Law is a leading elder law and estate planning firm with offices in Dublin, Lancaster, and St. Clairsville, Ohio. This position will support our Dublin and Lancaster offices and will work out of one of our offices daily. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and grow our presence while making a meaningful impact on families navigating estate planning, elder law, and long-term care concerns. Requirements

  • A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service (5+ years preferred).
  • A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
  • The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our case management system.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, and quality standards.
  • A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the elder care or legal services industry (preferred but not required).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our estate planning and elder law services.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, helping them understand the importance of planning for their future.
  • Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
  • Represent Jarvis Law with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
