JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Competencies: Sales Management, organizational development skills and competencies.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize existing resources to solve problems
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentation software. CRM skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth.
  • Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities across all sales channels – One Peak.
  • Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins across product categories.
  • Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
  • Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
