Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder capital equipment sales
  • Ability to effectively manage a large, state or multi-state territory
  • Proficient in CRM utilization, preferably Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales — including familiarity with GPOs, capital budgets, and regulatory environments.
  • Thrive in complex healthcare sales environments, navigating hospital capital budget cycles, engaging multi-stakeholder buying committees, and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by building trusted partnerships across hospital systems, engaging stakeholders from frontline users to executive leadership.
  • Lead a layered buying processes, balance competing priorities, and structure deals involving capital budgets and IPA-enabled financing solutions.
  • Earn wins through insight, credibility, and persistence.
