About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Associate, to join a financial technology organization focused on developing technology-driven programs that improve the distribution of insurance products. We create tailored insurance programs that empower brokers to better serve small business groups. With the platform, brokers can deliver stronger products, better economics, and an improved experience to their affinity group clients, while earning more competitive commissions. We focus on impactful work, relationships, and growth The Role We are hiring a Sales Associate to help scale sales efforts. This is an early-career, high-upside role designed for someone who wants to build foundational sales skills at a fast-growing fintech company. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and partners to generate pipeline, manage sales processes, and help build the early go-to-market playbook as the company scales. No prior insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a management consultant, venture capital, investment banking, or other technology sales role
• Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and manage sales process within brokerage channel.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Manage post sales process to find additional programs within brokerages and drive successful implementation of programs.
• Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting their insurance program to their users.

Benefits

• Cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 with a high variable component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
• 5 days/week in office in Flatiron.
