Brown & Brown is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Honolulu, HI! As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses secure their futures through comprehensive insurance solutions How You Will Contribute: Prospecting, developing, proposing, and binding new business. Actively pursuing new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals. Renewing existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction year after year. Assisting in the collection of required coverage information and necessary premiums for both deposits and renewals. Overseeing all aspects of new clients, working closely with the assigned account manager to ensure a seamless experience. Driving and supporting cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new relationships. Fostering relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown. Ensuring compliance with government agencies and corporate policies. Attending training sessions and courses to keep your skills sharp and up to date. Conducting all activities with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience showcasing your capabilities.
  • 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills that set you apart.

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty License (preferred but not required; commission earnings available after obtaining the license)
