About The Position

The Dale Modern Day Spa is seeking a driven, relationship-focused, results-oriented Sales Executive / Partner Growth Specialist to help lease suites, build relationships with beauty and wellness professionals, and support the continued growth of The Dale. This is not a passive leasing role. The ideal candidate will prospect, respond quickly to leads, schedule and conduct strong tours, follow up consistently, overcome objections, create urgency, and close qualified beauty professionals into premium Dale suites. The Sales Executive will own much of the lead-to-lease process and play a key role in growing occupancy across current and future locations. This is a full-time sales role based out of the Scottsdale office, with local travel to Dale locations throughout the Valley as needed. The company is expanding across the Valley and is looking for a driven sales professional who wants more than a typical desk sales role. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-time B2B and/or B2C sales experience
  • Love sales and closing.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to follow up without needing to be reminded.
  • Ability to create urgency without being pushy.
  • Communicate well by phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Organized and able to track details in a CRM.
  • Enjoy working with business people, small business owners, and beauty/wellness professionals.
  • Ability to sell a premium product or service.
  • Confident asking direct questions.
  • Motivated by goals, commissions, and results.
  • Care about helping beauty and wellness professionals grow their businesses.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leasing, sales, business development, beauty, wellness, hospitality, real estate, membership sales, or high-ticket service sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Converting qualified beauty and personal-care professionals into signed Dale partners.
  • Prospecting, responding quickly to leads, scheduling and conducting strong tours, following up consistently, overcoming objections, creating urgency, and closing qualified beauty professionals into premium Dale suites.
  • Owning much of the lead-to-lease process and playing a key role in growing occupancy across current and future locations.
  • Fast lead response, ideally under 5 minutes during business hours.
  • Consistent outbound prospecting.
  • Strong tour scheduling and tour show rates.
  • High CRM and follow-up discipline.
  • Weekly lease offers made.
  • Achieving signed leases.
  • Occupancy growth across Dale locations.
  • Documenting lost reasons for serious prospects.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective and current Dale partners.
