The Dale Modern Day Spa is seeking a driven, relationship-focused, results-oriented Sales Executive / Partner Growth Specialist to help lease suites, build relationships with beauty and wellness professionals, and support the continued growth of The Dale. This is not a passive leasing role. The ideal candidate will prospect, respond quickly to leads, schedule and conduct strong tours, follow up consistently, overcome objections, create urgency, and close qualified beauty professionals into premium Dale suites. The Sales Executive will own much of the lead-to-lease process and play a key role in growing occupancy across current and future locations. This is a full-time sales role based out of the Scottsdale office, with local travel to Dale locations throughout the Valley as needed. The company is expanding across the Valley and is looking for a driven sales professional who wants more than a typical desk sales role.
