About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand its presence throughout Northwest Ohio. This role is for a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality who enjoys prospecting, networking, and developing long-term business relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial clients by cultivating relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and key decision-makers to provide customized facility solutions. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys networking, prospecting, overcoming objections, and winning new business.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business
• Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales and achievement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional follow-up and customer service abilities
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to drive throughout the sales territory
• Ability to walk facilities and conduct site assessments
• Occasional standing, bending, and lifting as required during facility walkthroughs
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Sales training certifications (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, Challenger, etc.) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Generate leads through networking events, community involvement, and business organizations
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and needs assessments
• Present customized facility maintenance solutions
• Prepare proposals and pricing packages
• Negotiate agreements and close new business
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
• Represent City Wide with professionalism and integrity in the marketplace
