About The Position

We are a recruiting firm that operates differently, focusing on transparent pricing, no retainers, and prioritizing the right hire even when it's less profitable. We also dedicate time to pro-bono work for nonprofits and job seekers. We are seeking a 'closer with a conscience' to join our team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting a real sales quota for a service.
  • Experience selling services in staffing, recruiting, professional services, or HR tech is ideal.
  • Comfort and proficiency with phone-based sales.
  • Ability to find the hunt energizing and enjoy the sales chase.
  • Poised and credible presence with senior individuals, capable of engaging with CHROs as peers.
  • Ability to read and command a room.
  • Aggressive in pushing work, not people.
  • Consistent follow-up and organization.
  • Understanding of the line between persistence and predatory sales tactics.
  • Treating the pipeline and people within it with respect.
  • Ability to win clean, without overselling, bait-and-switch tactics, or burning relationships.
  • Willingness to walk away from deals that do not align with the company's values.
  • Must live in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, or Orange County area.
  • Must be comfortable with Macs, as the company exclusively uses them.

  • Experience selling into HR and talent leaders and earning their trust honestly.
  • Understanding of recruiting from the inside.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales end to end: hunt, qualify, pitch, and close deals.
  • Research companies and their leadership to identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with HR leaders and work collaboratively on searches, respecting their roles.
  • Actively participate in the community by attending and engaging at HR groups, Chamber of Commerce events, and industry meetups.
  • Proactively identify and attend relevant events where potential buyers and partners gather.

  • Commission eligible from the first dollar once revenue clears $25,000 in a month.

  • 5% residual on monthly revenue for RaaS clients for as long as they remain clients.
