About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Sales Executive. This role acts as the leading face and “Trusted Technical Advisor”, building individual rapport with customers and collaborating with the technical team to demonstrate subject matter expertise. The Sales Executive will provide prompt, efficient, and detailed customer-oriented service in response to inquiries through various channels, analyze situations, and provide answers and resolutions. This role also involves effectively following standard operating procedures for order management/entry, managing customer records in CRM/ERP with a high level of data integrity, and gathering customer feedback to share insights with leadership for overall customer experience improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience within a sales role applicable experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills including grammar, proofing, and editing with strong attention to detail
• Must possess the ability to learn various technical aspects of a product line

Nice To Haves

• Prior CRM/ERP software experience is a plus, but not required

• Effectively follows standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy in order management/order entry for customer base
• Manages customer records in CRM/ERP ensuring a high level of data integrity
• Effectively gathers customer feedback and shares insights with leadership to improve the overall customer experience
