About The Position

The HRASimple Sales Executive is responsible to drive direct-to-business sales for our ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) product and manage consultant relations for Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Kentucky and other surrounding states. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in direct sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing consultant relationships and understanding their role in the sales process.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Active Health & Life Insurance License
  • Prior and extensive experience in the ACA industry
  • Community Engagement/Grassroots experience in marketing ACA plans in the community
  • Projecting expected sales volume for existing, new, and future products.
  • Preferred established relationships with some/all insurance carriers.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Moderate to significant amount of stress in meeting deadlines and dealing with day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Must be able to drive a vehicle and daytime/overnight travel as required.
  • Drug Screen and Background Check Required

Responsibilities

  • Direct-to-Business Sales
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to leverage resources and optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Consultant Relations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with consultants and advisory firms who influence client decisions.
  • Educate consultants on our products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for consultant inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop joint business plans and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and improve sales strategies.
  • Recommend product enhancements or new product developments based on market feedback and client needs.
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
  • Consistently demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practice.
  • Works to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organization.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
