About The Position

Precision 360 is a distributor of Tsugami CNC solutions, globally recognized for high precision, speed, and rigidity in the complex small parts solutions market. Sales Executives at Precision 360 are expected to maintain high technical proficiency in work holding, tooling, and machine processes to deliver consultative solutions. They are supported by a team of Application Engineers and Field Service Technicians to ensure best-in-class customer experiences throughout the lifecycle of a Tsugami machine tool. Precision 360 is a division of Morris Group, Inc. (MGI), a privately held company that owns and operates eighteen divisions supplying high precision machine tools and related technology to manufacturers across North America. MGI is also the largest machine tool distribution company in the eastern half of the United States and the exclusive source for Tsugami Precision CNC Lathes, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, and Multi-tasking machines in North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience demonstrated experience.
  • Excellent sales skills with proven track record of success in B2B environments.
  • A curious and competitive drive, demonstrated by company awards and solid rankings.
  • High level of technical skill as demonstrated in prior experience and education.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and articulate offerings tailored to customer needs.
  • High integrity and ethical thought processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal sales training programs completed (IE: SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman, IMPACT selling, etc.)
  • Sales leadership experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing multiple state territory including the southern Florida territory (Fort Myers, Naples, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami).
  • Accountable for overall territory management, achievement of equipment sales goals, profitability and account management within the assigned product lines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans by account to increase revenue and secure new business.
  • Target and develop both new account opportunities as well as convert competitive customers to Tsugami solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Maintain existing business including ensuring accounts remain contractually relevant, including accounts receivables, and incremental business is achieved.
  • Resolve customer concerns through accurate and timely investigations; swiftly develop and implement corrective actions to ensure outstanding service for our customers and clients.
  • Travel up to 50% dependent on territory geography and need, including overnight travel.
  • Possess and maintain a high technical proficiency of the machine tool industry, the Tsugami products, as well as its competitors.
  • Perform related duties as required.
