About The Position

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering sales presentations and quotes to clients, focusing on meeting their needs and helping them grow their business. This role requires exceptional communication skills and demonstrated discipline in interactions with clients and prospects. The Sales Executive will be tasked with securing new clients for Aureon, defined as first-time consumers of Aureon products and solutions, as well as supporting the retention and growth of existing clients. A key responsibility is to aggressively develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline of prospects. The role also involves presenting, negotiating, finalizing, and maintaining all sales contracts, and representing Aureon at industry events and trade shows. A strong understanding of contact center industry products and services, as well as targeted industries, is essential for promoting the organization's growth and profitability. The Sales Executive will provide weekly and monthly reports to the President and VP – Sales on pipeline, first business meetings, proposals, and deal closings. The position requires meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and new logo quotas within approved pricing and packaging options. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of sales experience
  • Or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales and account management experience in contact center or related field
  • Experience managing client relationships with verbal, face to face, and written communication
  • Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain and build effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to accurately estimate the stage and close dates for business/sales opportunities.
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Utilize work experience and judgment to strategically plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
  • Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, leaders and business contacts. in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility and focus. Able to comfortably navigate a variety of tasks, frequent changes and some degree of uncertainty.
  • Creative and deep problem-solving skills. Must be able to discern the “real” problem and help clients solve it, ideally using Aureon products and solutions.
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and contribute to a team environment.
  • Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
