About The Position

Paretti Jaguar Land Rover New Orleans is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury automotive sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting Jaguar and Land Rover products, and guiding clients through a premium, personalized purchasing experience. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, results-driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Successful Sales Executives will have a strong desire to achieve sales goals while building long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Luxury automotive experience is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, texting, and other technology.

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, professional, and personalized luxury customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
Develop a strong knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover products, features, technology, and available options.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Effectively communicate vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up consistently with internet, phone, showroom, referral, and previous customers.
Respond promptly to customer leads and inquiries through phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the dealership CRM.
Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance & Insurance team to facilitate a smooth and efficient sales process.
Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and vehicle selection.
Negotiate professionally and effectively while maintaining dealership profitability.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current incentives, promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with dealership procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance and showroom presence consistent with a luxury automotive environment.
Participate in dealership events, manufacturer programs, promotional activities, and community events.
Maintain knowledge of competitor products and current automotive market trends.
Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Provide an exceptional vehicle delivery experience and educate customers on vehicle features and technology.
Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service and continued follow-up (relational not transactional).
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
