This position will be accountable for driving positive sales results and will be expected to partner with Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and Sales Managers to further the goals of the Sales Team. A high level of professionalism is expected when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members, prospects, and Guests. The role involves supporting and coordinating with the Training Department and Learning & Development regarding curriculum, methods of presentations, and product knowledge. The individual must understand the Hilton Grand Vacations Sales process, Vacation product, and attend refresher trainings as needed to maintain a high level of product knowledge and usage rules. The role also includes efficiently performing all other reasonable tasks as needed by Sales Management, such as assisting with morning meetings, specific training, and ride-a-longs.
