About The Position

The Sales Executive – PEO is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities by offering Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive-level decision-makers, helping them optimize HR operations, payroll management, employee benefits, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling HCM, PEO, Payroll, SaaS, or similar business solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience building referral partnerships and strategic relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with business owners and C-level executives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Execute strategic market penetration and lead generation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain referral networks through brokers, partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the organization professionally within the business community.
  • Present PEO and ASO solutions to business owners and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored HR and workforce solutions.
  • Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable value.
  • Position yourself as a strategic advisor on human capital and business management solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
