1d$96,000 - $144,000

About The Position

Lyra Health is looking for an energetic, disciplined, and high-performing Partnerships Director (Sales Executive) to drive growth within our Mid-Market segment (employers with 500–5,000 employees) across the Northeast territory (NY, NJ, MA, CT, PA). In this role, you will act as the CEO of your territory, managing complex multi-stakeholder navigation and closing deals with urgency and precision. You are a director of your own time, an expert at building rapport, and are driven by the desire to solve meaningful behavioral health challenges for employers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Northeast regional landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience (Sales Executive), preferably within health-tech or SaaS.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in the $1M-$2M range with experience managing 6–12 month sales cycles.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; the ability to simplify complex behavioral health concepts for diverse audiences (HR, Finance, and C-Suite).
  • Time & Priority Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage a higher volume of deals compared to enterprise cycles without sacrificing quality.
  • Resilience: A "bias for action"; you quickly recover from setbacks and modify strategies to fit changing market circumstances.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Methodology: Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency: Have used Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Act as the "CEO" of the Northeast Mid-Market territory, identifying high-potential prospects and maintaining a robust, predictable pipeline.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from cold outreach and initial discovery to final negotiation and contracting.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers (VPs of HR, Benefits Directors).
  • Consultative Value-Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand unique client pain points and tailor solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and clinical value.
  • Northeast Presence: Travel as needed (up to 40-50%) within the territory to lead in-person presentations, attend regional conferences, and build local broker relationships.
  • Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide leadership with high-confidence updates on deal status and timing.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability insurances)
  • Lyra for Lyrians; coaching and therapy services
  • Equity in the company through discretionary restricted stock units
  • Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401K retirement benefits
  • Monthly tech allowance
  • We like to spread joy throughout the year with well-being perks and activities, surprise swag, free food, regular community celebration…and more!
