The Sales Executive I will directly interact with Specialty Markets (Multifamily PM’s and Home Builders) customers, or their Brokers to locate, negotiate, and close Commodity deals for their common areas, Continuous Service Agreements (CSA’s), and Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA’s). This role is responsible for ensuring that these sales meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
