About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue by owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close. This is a true hunter role suited for someone who thrives on outbound activity, converting opportunities into revenue, and building pipeline with urgency and persistence.

Requirements

  • Proven success closing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into complex or emerging technology markets (Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure or Server, Data Center environments preferred)
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and deal discipline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independently in a growth-stage company
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites across Canada and/or the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close new customer opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic networking (in addition to inbound/BDR leads)
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth
  • Run in-depth discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and align solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Cerio’s value and ROI
  • Manage complex sales processes, including objections, buying committees, and commercial negotiations
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain pipeline visibility within the CRM
  • Track market trends and competitive activity to sharpen positioning and deal strategy
