The Sales Execution Team provides administrative, operational, and sales support to Financial Representatives, helping them focus on building client relationships and growing their business. As an Associate, you will work closely with advisors to support financial planning activities, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements that help drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client records and case notes in CRM systems.
  • Manage onboarding and startup checklists for Financial Representatives.
  • Create and maintain compliant client files.
  • Prepare client correspondence and manage incoming communications.
  • Generate reports and materials for meetings and business reviews.
  • Meet regularly with Financial Representatives to review priorities and progress.
  • Assist with preparation of financial plans and client presentations.
  • Assemble meeting materials and maintain client documentation.
  • Support insurance and investment application processing.
  • Coordinate underwriting requirements and monitor case status.
  • Process client service requests and account updates.
  • Support representatives in achieving business development goals.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
