About The Position

This unique position is a multifaceted role that encompasses the EverLine Services Customer Acquisition process from lead sales generation to project estimating, in addition to managing elements of our communications strategy (Social Media Content). The candidate must be fully bilingual in all formats of correspondence. The main territory where EverLine operates includes Ottawa and Montreal areas, however, we may also have projects in other territories while assisting various other franchisees in the province/country. EverLine Coatings and Services territory covers provincial district boundaries as well as local and regional municipalities. At EverLine Coatings, this position will lead local revenue generation, client acquisition and retention for the full suite of EverLine services for the Ottawa and Montreal areas. The role involves cold calling, estimating project scopes, managing client relationships, while ratifying opportunities. Additionally, this will also include domestic, residential, mining, heavy and light industrial sites as well as many municipal and other Government related projects.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in all formats of correspondence.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, facility maintenance, or commercial service industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and satellite/mapping tools for remote estimating.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing a robust Social Media strategy to support the full circle customer client experience while promoting the EverLine experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and coordinate effectively with field crews.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of EverLine.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and independent while serving our customers with bilingual front-line service.
  • Previous experience in administrative capacity while being able to adapt to a high technology platform.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiries.
  • Strong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targets.
  • Demonstrate a constant sense of Proactive Urgency.
  • Experience with various online/ digital platforms such as Excel, estimating/ proposal software, CRMs, etc. effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Experience overseeing, leading and managing small teams (EverLine Division Leads).
  • Experience in managing and overseeing small projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and build a robust pipeline of commercial, residential and Government prospects (e.g., property and facility managers).
  • Assist with forecasting and developing business development targets.
  • Measure project areas, calculate material and labor costs, and prepare accurate, competitive proposals.
  • Maintain volume by keeping up to date with industry needs, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Present EverLine's unique value proposition and service advantages to win contracts.
  • Oversee the customer journey from initial pitch to post-project follow-up while celebrating the public face of both our clients and teams through current and exciting communications processes that leverage the EverLine brand through consistent social media activity.
  • Provide a clear, detailed scope of work to the operations and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
