About The Position

We are seeking a professional Sales person, preferably with relationships and clientele in the commercial property management industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, self-directed, and money-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management. We will provide training to make you an expert in the estimating portion of the job. This is an opportunity to earn significant income with potential for growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Driver's license
• Self-starter
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Driven individual with a need to succeed
• Excellent organization skills
• Flexible schedule and availability for some weekends when necessary

• Relationships/clientele in the commercial property management industry
• Salesforce experience (2 years)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Security clearance (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients
• Understand client needs for their parking lots
• Prepare written estimates
• Send estimates to clients
• Follow up and sell the contract
