This Sales/Estimating role is a terrific opportunity to represent our growing company in the Twin Cities Market, selling Re-roofing projects to Property Managers, Building owners and Business owners. Tremendous support, including resources and tools to allow success in this exciting, CUSTOMER-FACING role! Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience Estimating in the Commercial Roofing Industry
Knowledge of commercial re-Roofing
Ability to read plans and specifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Negotiation Skills
Time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
