Requirements
- Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Not afraid to go after large commercial deals
- Can build relationships—not just chase bids
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus (but not required if you can sell)
Responsibilities
- Selling high-value commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal retrofit, coatings, etc.)
- Working with property managers, building owners, and GCs
- Managing projects from the first call to the signed contract
- Leveraging company-generated opportunities + your own pipeline
