About The Position

Guaranteed Service is a growing, established home services company serving New Jersey, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, repair and installations. They are looking for a confident, motivated Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, closing deals, and being rewarded for great results. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll focus on following up with existing customers, open estimates, and unsold opportunities to help customers move forward with their home service needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, or call center sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Confident, competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Home services experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on open estimates, unsold leads, and past customers to close sales.
• Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present solutions.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence.
• Overcome objections, communicate value, and ask for the sale.
• Manage follow-up opportunities and consistently work toward sales goals.
