About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Sales Engineer to provide support to our Sales and Marketing teams. A dynamic professional to ensure management, performance, and quality of our team databases to deliver an exceptional experience. A detail-oriented professional to perform quality audits, performance reporting, ensure proper onboarding of new clients, assist in staff development, and perform industry research. A team player to assist in Sales responses and represent the team with other organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in Salesforce.com, Salesforce certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in data augmentation
  • Demonstrate ability to perform operational analysis and manage projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile and adaptable to pivot to assist additional system-related needs
  • Candidate must reside in Dallas or within a commutable distance from our Dallas office, as this is not a remote role.
  • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Professional Edition
  • Ensure optimal configuration, user access, and functionality within Professional Edition constraints
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles to support Sales activities
  • Build and maintain personal, regional and national dashboards to monitor sales performance
  • Provide ad hoc reporting support to leadership and sales teams
  • Ensure reports accurately reflect activity and pipeline status across regions
  • Assist with campaign setup, execution, and tracking within Salesforce
  • Monitor campaign attribution and provide insights on performance
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated into sales processes for accurate ROI reporting
  • Support finance and sales forecasting processes with accurate, real-time data
  • Enhance data sets through augmentation and integration with additional sources
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records to maintain clean, reliable data
  • Build and manage Salesforce Flows to streamline user tasks and reduce manual processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the constraints of Professional Edition
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and data integrity
  • Deliver user training on Salesforce, dashboards, and sales processes
  • Provide ongoing support through ticket triage and resolution
  • Partner with regional teams to reinforce best practices and system usage
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and account management to ensure system alignment
  • Share insights to improve sales effectiveness and client journey management
  • Provide leadership with user and client feedback to inform strategy
  • Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor sales activity documentation across regions
  • Maintain compliance with company standard for reporting and recordkeeping
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
