About The Position

Energy Pool is seeking a Sales Engineer (F/M) to support its growth in Belgium. This role involves operating at the intersection of energy and industrial challenges, collaborating with industrial buyers, production/plant managers, engineering offices, and renewable energy project developers, as well as internal technical experts. The goal is to co-create tailor-made, high value-added solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school or business school
  • Strong interest in technical topics related to energy
  • Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
  • Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention
  • Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation
  • English (C1)
  • Dutch (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new prospects
  • Present our comprehensive range of services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance
  • Retain and renew existing contracts
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions
  • Manage your activity through the CRM to ensure rigorous project tracking
